As an under-underemployed* 27-year-old, I want to continue my education and prevent my brain from rotting at my mindless job. Hence, le reading challenge: I plan to read two books a week in 2012. My original goal was to read one fiction and one non-fiction each week, but now I've tweaked my goal slightly. I can read any genre, any time in the year as long as I finish 104 books in 2012. Following my 2011 goal of 48 books, 104 seems like an absurdly huge number, but it's called a "challenge" for a reason.
